CargoStack provides freight forwarding, warehousing, and shipment tracking services. Quotes and transit times are estimates unless confirmed in writing on your booking confirmation.

2. Shipper responsibilities

You must provide accurate shipment details, complete customs documentation, and comply with prohibited-goods regulations.

3. Liability

Liability for loss or damage is limited per applicable carrier conventions and our standard terms of carriage.

4. Payments

Invoices are due within 14 days unless credit terms are agreed.

5. Governing law
